  • 40 g yeast
  • 10 g fine sea salt
  • 10 g sugar
  • 380 ml lukewarm water
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 75 g tomato puree
  • 1-1/4 cup thinly sliced, fresh mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoons of fresh chopped basil
  • 2 teaspoons of fresh chopped oregano
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme
  • 4 ounces of grated fresh mozzarella
  • 4-6 thin slices of prosciutto ham, cut into stripes
  • 8-10 black olives, pitted and halved
  • 2/3 herb and garlic pasta sauce
  • salt and pepper

  • Preparation

    Dough
    First pour the flour and salt into a bowl. Dissolve the yeast and sugar into the water and prepare a mixture by adding the flour to it until you get a dough. Knead the dough properly and then put it back into the bowl, cower it with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes. As a next step, knead the olive oil into the dough and let it prove for a few minutes and then roll it out on a clean, floured table, forming a round shape.

    Topping
    Preheat oven to 450 ° F, about 20 minutes before baking the pizza. Sweep the chopped onion in olive oil. Spread the pasta sauce over the pizza dough, leaving a small border of about 1 inch around the outer rim. Sprinkle the dough with sliced mushrooms and mozzarella cheese, prosciutto, onions and olives. You can sprinkle the ingredients in divided quarters or sprinkle them mixed on the crust. Sprinkle all of the toppings with salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and thyme and add the tomato pasta. As a last step, add a little olive oil on the top.
