Baked Oysters with Egg Recipe

For 4 portions, the main ingredients necessary or baked oysters with egg are:

  • approximately a half kilogram of fresh oysters

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs

  • ½ cup of butter

  • 2 cups celery

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 2 cups of bread crumbs

  • one cup of water or oyster juice

  • Baked oysters with egg take two parts of preparation. First, on a slow fire, you melt the butter, and add the celery and the onion. The oysters, previously cut up, are to be added, and some oyster juice (or water).

    Keep the ingredients on the fire for approximately five minutes, until the oysters begin to curl, and then remove the skillet from the fire. Now it’s time to mix the bread crumbs with eggs, which need to be grated. Add salt, pepper and some parsley.

    The next step when cooking the baked oysters with eggs needs an oven. The whole combination of ingredients described before needs to be put into the oyster shells. You can now ornate your dish by sprinkling some butter or some bread crumbs on the top. Bake for 20 minutes at 350.
